Upgrade or Downgrade Plan for a P-Series Cloud PBX
This topic describes how to upgrade or downgrade subscription plan for a P-Series Cloud PBX.
Upgrade plan for a P-Series Cloud PBX
To allow users to enjoy advanced features like web video call or video conferencing, you can upgrade the PBX Plan to Ultimate Plan.
- Prerequisites

- The firmware of Yeastar Central Management is 87.15.0.83 or later.
- You have subscribed to the Ultimate Plan
service, and its available capacity is not less than the number
of supported extensions on the PBX, otherwise the plan upgrade
will fail.Note: You can check the available capacity of the subscription on .
- Procedure

- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Select a desired PBX, click
, then select Upgrade Plan from the
drop-down list.
- In the pop-up window, do as follows:

- In the PBX Plan drop-down list, select Ultimate Plan (UP).
- Click Confirm.
- Result

- On PBX list, plan status is displayed
as UP.

- The number of supported extensions on the PBX will be automatically deducted from the total subscription capacity of your Ultimate Plan service.
- On PBX list, plan status is displayed
as UP.
Downgrade plan for a P-Series Cloud PBX
When the customer's Ultimate Plan subscription expires, you can downgrade plan for the P-Series Cloud PBX.
- Prerequisites
- The firmware of Yeastar Central Management is 87.15.0.83 or later.
- Procedure

- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Select a desired PBX, click
, then select Upgrade Plan from the
drop-down list.
- In the pop-up window, do as follows:

- In the PBX Plan drop-down list, select Enterprise Plan (EP).
- Click Confirm.
- Result

- On PBX list, plan status is displayed as
EP.

- The number of Ultimate Plan extensions on the PBX is released back to the total subscription capacity of your Ultimate Plan service.
- On PBX list, plan status is displayed as
EP.
