Import Meeting Room Resources

You can add meeting room resources in bulk by importing an Excel file into Yeastar Workplace, so as to improve work efficiency.


Make sure that your organization has purchased sufficient room licenses on Yeastar Workplace.

Tip: Go to Dashboard in the Yeastar Workplace admin portal to view the number of available meeting rooms.


  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, go to Meeting room > Room Management.
  2. Click Import/Export, then select Import.

  3. In the pop-up window, click Download Template File.

  4. Fill in your data in the template file according to the included instructions.

  5. Go back to the pop-up window and click Upload Excel.

  6. Select your completed Excel file, and click Import to start uploading the file.


Wait for a few seconds, the imported meeting room resources are displayed on the web page.
