Log in to Yeastar Workplace Web Portal

This topic describes how to log in to Yeastar Workplace web portal.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have received a welcome email.
Note: The login link is valid for 24 hours and can be used only ONCE. If the link expires, contact system administrator to resend an email.

Procedure

  1. Access your mailbox and find the welcome email.

  2. Click the login link for Yeastar Workplace.

  3. Register the Yeastar Workplace account and join your company.

    1. Set login password for your Yeastar Workplace account.
    2. Select your country or region.

    3. Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select the checkbox to agree to them.

    4. Click Register Account and Join the Company.

      Your Workplace account has been registered. The next time you want to log in to Yeastar Workplace web portal, you can use the email address and password.

    1. Scroll down to the Register and Sign in Using SSO section, click Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
    2. Sign in with the account that you received the welcome email.

      Your Workplace account has been registered without a dedicated Workplace password. The next time you want to log in to Yeastar Workplace web portal, you can use the third-party account and password.

Note down the domain name or IP address of Yeastar Workplace web portal, which is displayed in the address bar.

Enter the domain name or IP address on the web browser next time you want to access Yeastar Workplace web portal.
