Yeastar Workplace meeting room usage flow
Book a room
To get started, you need to book a meeting room. Yeastar Workplace provides multiple methods for users to book meeting rooms, choose according to your needs:
- View all the meeting rooms and book a meeting at the desired time on Yeastar Workplace web portal.
- Go straight to a meeting room and book a room via the room display.
- If your administrator has integrated Yeastar Workplace with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you can also book meeting rooms through Google calendar or Outlook calendar.
Before meetings
- In case you need to edit or cancel your room bookings, you can always manage your room bookings.
- For users with approval privileges, you need to manage reservation requests for request-only rooms in time.
Starting soon
When a meeting is about to start, you need to check in to confirm your reservation.
During a meeting
When a meeting takes more time than you expected, you can always extend the meeting.
After a meeting
When a meeting takes less time than you expected, you can release this room by ending the meeting. Once the room is released, it is available for others to book.
