Paging/Intercom feature:
- Added an option Play Auto Answer Tone to alert you with a tone when a paging/intercom call is automatically answered.

- Optimized Outbound Caller ID (DOD) display: If you don't configure label for DOD number, the DOD name associated with the DOD number will be displayed.
- Fixed the notification badge issue: Badge counter always showed an unread item even if there were no missed calls, chat messages, or voicemails.
- Fixed the following call issues:
- ICE negotiation failed, resulting in no audio during a call.
- Incoming calls occasionally didn't display on screen.

- Added support for centrally dealing with customer queries from Live Chat and Facebook.
- Added support for changing outbound caller ID before making an outbound
call.
You can choose to use a global outbound caller ID for all outbound calls, use a different outbound caller ID for each outbound call, or simply follow the settings configured by system administrator.

- Added a configuration item Stop Push Notifications (Path: ). If this option is enabled, you will not receive notifications for incoming calls, new messages, etc. when Linkus is running in the background.
- Added a status icon (Ringing) next to extension user's profile image. When an incoming call is ringing on an extension, the status icon will be displayed.
- Optimized user experience in Call Flip and Call Switch: When trying to move a live call between devices, the icon will appear if the device is CTI-controlled.
- Fixed the issue of External Chat: If logging in to Linkus by manually entering PBX's domain in the SN/Domain field, multimedia messages could not be downloaded.

enabled, you need to enter your extension password and an additional
authentication code when logging in to your account. Note:

You can set up 2FA on your Linkus Desktop Client or Web Client to obtain an authentication code from either an authenticator application on your mobile phone, or the email address associated with your extension.
