Disable or Enable Visit Notifications

Yeastar Workplace provides multiple types of notifications to notify different objects about the invitation. By default, all notifications are enabled, and you can disable or enable them as needed. This topic describes how to enable or disable visit notifications.

Requirement

Yeastar Workplace Plan: Standard Plan or Pro Plan

Disable visit notifications

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, and go to Visit > Visit Preferences.
  2. In the top bar, select the Notification Templates tab.

  3. Turn off the notification(s) as needed.
    Note: To ensure that visitors and employees can receive essential notifications, it's recommended to keep the following notifications enabled:
    • Invitation for visitor
    • Visit schedule has been cancelled
    • You have received a new visit request
    • The visit request has been rejected
  4. Click Save.

Enable visit notifications

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, and go to Visit > Visit Preferences.
  2. In the top bar, select the Notification Templates tab.

  3. Turn on the notification(s) as needed.

  4. Click Save.
