Delete a Meeting Room

When a meeting room is no longer available, you can delete it to avoid the hassle of canceling room bookings.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, go to Meeting Room > Room Management.
  2. Select the desired meeting room resource(s), then click Delete.

  3. In the pop-up window, click Delete.

Result

  • The meeting room is deleted directly.
  • All the bookings for this meeting room will be canceled, the meeting organizer and participants will receive an email about the meeting cancellation.
    Note: If the room resource(s) you deleted are synchronized from a third-party calendar system, the result will NOT affect the room(s) on the third-party calendar system.
