Delete a Meeting Room
When a meeting room is no longer available, you can delete it to avoid the hassle of canceling room bookings.
Procedure
- Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, go to .
- Select the desired meeting room resource(s), then click Delete.
- In the pop-up window, click Delete.
Result
- The meeting room is deleted directly.
- All the bookings for this meeting room will be canceled, the meeting organizer
and participants will receive an email about the meeting cancellation.Note: If the room resource(s) you deleted are synchronized from a third-party calendar system, the result will NOT affect the room(s) on the third-party calendar system.
