Customize Email Notification Template

YMP includes a default email template for notification emails. When you create a PBX for your customer and send a email notification to the customer, the default email template is used. You can preview the email template and customize the text and logo in the email template according to your needs.

  1. Go to PBX > Email Template.
  2. In the Title field, enter your desired email subject.
  3. In the Logo, click Browse to upload your image file.
    Note: The file should meet the following requirements:

    • File format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

    • File size: Less than 1MB
    • File name: Do not contain special characters.
  4. In the Content field, edit the email contents.
    Note: The variable names are unchangeable.
  5. Click Preview to preview the email template.
  6. Click Save to save the template.
