Introduction

Yeastar Cloud PBX Management Plane (YMP) is a management platform that provides web-based setup page. You can create and manage PBXs for your customers on YMP.

YMP Capacity

You can purchase YMP capacity according to your business requirements. Contact Yeastar if you want to expand YMP capacity.

After logging in the YMP web interface, you can click System Capacity at the top-right corner to check your YMP capacity.

YMP system capacity includes the followings:

  • PBX capacity: How many PBXs can be created on the YMP.

    Maximum 100 PBXs on a YMP server.

  • Extension capacity: How many extensions can be assigned to the PBXs.

    Maximum 2000 extensions on a YMP server.

  • Concurrent Call capacity: How many concurrent calls can be assigned to the PBXs.

    Maximum 500 concurrent calls on a YMP server.

  • Call Recording capacity: How much recording time can be assigned to the PBXs.

    No limit for call recording capacity. Contact Yeastar to buy your desired recording capacity and set up a data disk on your YMP server to store recording files.

    Note:
    • 1 GB (Storage Capacity) = 1000 minutes (Recording Time)
