Customer Management

YMP supports to create two customer types: Reseller and End User.

Reseller: You can create, delete, and export the resellers' information on PBX > Reseller page.

End User: The end user information should be input when you are creating a PBX.

Note: After the PBX is created, the end user information cannot be changed.

Create a Customer

Before creating a PBX for a new customer, you need to input the customer's information on YMP.

  1. Go to PBX > Customer, click Create.
  2. On the Create Customer page, enter the customer's information.
    Note: Make sure you enter a correct email address, or the customer will not receive the PBX information.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a Customer

If a customer's information is not needed and no PBXs are associated to the customer, you can delete the customer from YMP.

  1. Go to PBX > Customer.
  2. Select the desired customer, click Delete.
  3. In the pop-up dialog,click Yes.
