Create a PBX

Create a PBX for your customer, then send the PBX login information to the customer.

  1. Go to PBX > PBX, click Create.
  2. In the PBX Information section, enter the PBX settings according to customer's requirements.
    • Name: Set a name for the PBX to help you identify it.
    • Version: Select which firmware version to be used on the PBX.
      Note: To check what's new for the firmware version, go to PBX > PBX Image, click behind a firmware to check the relevant release note.
    • Extensions: Enter the maximum number of extensions that the customer requires.
    • Concurrent calls: Set the maximum number of concurrent calls that the customer requires.
    • Call Recording: Whether to enable Call Recording function for the PBX or not.
    • Recording Capacity (mins): Enter the recording time that the customer purchased.
      Note: Each PBX has 500-minute recording time for free.
    • URL: Enter the domain prefix that the customer requires.
    • Company: Select the customer's company.
  3. Click Create.
Next, you need to start the PBX and send the PBX login information to your customer.
