Create a PBX
Create a PBX for your customer, then send the PBX login information to the customer.
- Go to , click Create.

In the PBX Information section, enter the PBX settings
according to customer's requirements.
- Name: Set a name for the PBX to help you identify it.
- Version: Select which firmware version to be used
on the PBX.Note: To check what's new for the firmware version, go to , click
behind a firmware to check the
relevant release note. - Extensions: Enter the maximum number of extensions that the customer requires.
- Concurrent calls: Set the maximum number of concurrent calls that the customer requires.
- Call Recording: Whether to enable Call Recording function for the PBX or not.
- Recording Capacity (mins): Enter the recording
time that the customer purchased.Note: Each PBX has 500-minute recording time for free.
- URL: Enter the domain prefix that the customer requires.
- Company: Select the customer's company.
- Click Create.
