Schedule a CDR Download Task
Yeastar Central Management supports to download CDRs from specified P-Series Cloud PBX(s), which allows you to efficiently collect call records from multiple PBXs for centralized billing.
Requirements and Restrictions

- The firmware of P-Series Cloud Edition is 84.20.0.128 or later.
- You have the permission to create a CDR download task.Tip:
- If you fail to find the task type Download CDR when creating a task, contact your service provider to ensure that the necessary permission is assigned to your account.
- To share the task permission with your colleagues or resellers, go to , assign the relevant permission.
- Restrictions
- The call recording associated with CDRs will NOT be downloaded.
Procedure
- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Click Add to create a CDR download task.
- Set up the task.
Setting Description Name Enter a name to help you identify the task. Object Type Select P-Series Cloud Edition. Task Select Download CDR. CDR Files Range Choose a time range or specify a custom period to filter CDR. Communication Type Select communication type(s) to filter CDR. - All: Download CDRs of all communication types.
- Inbound: Download CDRs of inbound calls received via trunks.
- Outbound: Download CDRs of outbound calls made via trunks.
- Internal: Download CDRs of internal calls.
CDR Fields Select the information you want to include in CDR. File Format Specify the file format for CDR downloads. Repeat Select the repeat period of the task. - One-time

- Monthly
Execution Time Set when to download CDR. - To download at a scheduled time, choose a time.
- To download as soon as you save the task, select the checkbox of Immediately.
Timezone Select a time zone of the task execution time. Tip: You can enable or disable Daylight Saving Time (DST) as needed.Creator Your name is automatically filled in, and the field can not be edited. Remark Optional. Add a note to the task. Object Select one or more P-Series Cloud PBXs. Note: The PBX system MUST be running (
) when it comes
to the execution time, or the download would
FAIL. - Click Save.
Result
- Yeastar Central Management will download CDRs from the specified Cloud PBXs
immediately or at the scheduled time; You can check the execution result on .

- The downloaded CDR files are compressed into a single folder and stored in .Note: Each PBX’s CDR data is stored in a separate file. If the CDR data for a single PBX exceeds 1,000,000 entries, multiple CDR files will be generated for that PBX.
