By marking meeting rooms and desks on the map, users can book the marked meeting rooms and desks via the map directly.

Desk Management
Added support for desk management, an intelligent management system based on the whole process of desk usage. Which can achieve the following functions:
  • Users can book desks and manage their reservations anytime anywhere
  • Administrators can manage desk resources and users' desk reservations efficiently
  • Administrators can have a full overview of desk utilization through the desk report

Visitor Management
Added support for visitor management – an intelligent management system based on the whole process of visits. Which can achieve the following functions:
  • Users can schedule visits for themselves or for their colleagues
  • Administrators can design different check-in questionnaires based on the visit types to coleect desired information from visitors.
  • Administrators can manage users' visit schedules efficiently
  • Administrators can have a full overview of the company's visits through the visit report
Meeting Room Approval

Added support for meeting room approval. Administrators can decide which meeting rooms require approval to book, assign the approvers and decide which users can book these rooms directly without approval.
