This topic describes the release notes for Yeastar Visitor Screen devices and Visitor Screen application.

Date: August 28, 2023
  • Added support for remotely downloading device logs on Yeastar Workplace web portal.
    Note: Visitor Screen application (iOS) does NOT support this feature.

    Path: Device List > (Edit) > Download Logs

  • Added support for NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), which allows you to decide whether to require visitors to agree to the NDA before checking in on Visitor Screen .

    Path: Visit > Visit Preferences > NDA Settings.

  • Added support for connecting with Brother badge printers to automatically print visitor badges upon visitors check-in.
  • Added compatibility with the following ProDVX devices:

    • APPC-10DSKPL (Android 6.0)

    • APPC-10XPL (Android 9.0)

    • APPC-10SLB (Android 9.0)

  • Added support for associating Visitor Screen with a building, which enables the following features:
    • Only visitors of the associated building can check in on the Visitor Screen.
    • When visitors self-register using the QR code on Visitor Screen, the system automatically selects the associated building as the location for their visits.

    Path: Go to Visit > Visit Preferences > Receptionists, in the Visitor Screen drop-down list of the desired building, select a Visitor Screen.

    Note: You can associate multiple Visitor Screens with the same building.
