Send P-Series Cloud Edition Activation Email

By default, the user for whom you purchase a P-Series Cloud Edition and the user to whom you assign the Cloud PBX will receive a PBX activation email after you complete payment. If the users don't receive the email or if you want to send the email to your subordinate user, you can follow the guide to proceed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Products & Purchase.
  2. On the product list, click Cloud PBX (PCE Instance).
  3. On the right of the desired product, click More, then select Send Activation Email from the drop-down list.

  4. Select the checkboxes of one or more users to receive the PBX activation email, then click Send.
    Note: Users in the list are your customers who have activated their accounts for the portal.

Result

  • The PBX activation email will be sent to the specified users' mailboxes.
  • If the users' email addresses have not been added as activation email recipients in Yeastar Central Management (Path: Cloud PBX > Customer), they will be added automatically with a remark "From Partner Portal".
