Remove IP Phones from Phone List

This topic describes how to remove IP phones from phone list on NovoOne Tenant.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to Inventory > IP Phones.
  2. Remove phones as needed.
    • To remove a phone, hover over beside the desired phone, and click Delete.
    • To remove phones in bulk, select the checkboxes of desired phones, and click Delete at the top.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.

    The system erases all configuration files for the phone and releases the assigned user.
