Download Configuration of a Provisioned IP Phone

This topic describes how to download configuration of a provisioned IP phone on NovoOne Tenant.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to Inventory > IP Phones.
  2. Hover over beside the desired phone, and click Download Configuration.

    The configuration file for the phone is downloaded to your computer.
