NovoOne Clients Overview

NovoOne Clients extend your tenant's communication services to mobile and web devices, allowing users to make and receive business calls and access communication features from supported devices.

Supported client types

NovoOne supports the following client types:

Client Description
NovoOne Mobile Client The Mobile Client is available on iOS and Android devices that meet the following requirements:
  • iOS: Version 16 or later, 3GB RAM (iPhone 8 Plus or later)
  • Android: Version 8.0 or later, 4GB RAM
NovoOne Web Client

The Web Client is supported on web browsers, with the following browser versions recommended for the best compatibility:

  • Chrome 142 or later
  • Edge 142 or later
  • Opera 123 or later

Quick start

  1. (Optional) Configure login credential validity.
    Note: By default, users can sign in to NovoOne clients using a QR code (for Mobile Client) or a link (for Web Client). The QR code and link are valid for 24 hours and can be used only once. You can extend the validity period to up to 7 days (Path: System > Preferences > Basic > Login Credential Validity (Days)).

  2. Enable NovoOne clients for users.
  3. Send welcome emails to users to help them get started.
