Manage MoH Playlists

You can manage MoH playlists and the audio files in each playlist as needed.

Manage a MoH playlist

Scenario Instruction
Edit a MoH playlist

You can update the name or play order of a MoH playlist.

Note: The default MoH playlist can not be renamed.
  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to System > Voice Prompt.
  2. In the Music on Hold tab, click beside the desired playlist.
  3. In the pop-up window, update the playlist name or play order, then click Save.

Delete a MoH playlist

You can delete MoH playlists that are no longer needed.

Note: The default MoH playlist can not be deleted.
  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to System > Voice Prompt.
  2. In the Music on Hold tab, select the checkbox of the desired playlist, then click Delete and confirm the operation.

Manage MoH audio files

Scenario Instruction
Edit a MoH audio file

You can update the name of a MoH audio file to keep your audio files organized.

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to System > Voice Prompt.
  2. In the Music on Hold tab, click beside the desired playlist.
  3. In the pop-up window, click to update the name, then click Save.

Play a MoH audio file

You can play a MoH audio file to verify that the audio content meets your needs.

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to System > Voice Prompt.
  2. In the Music on Hold tab, click beside the desired playlist.
  3. Play the desired audio file using one of the following methods.
    • Hover your mouse over the audio player in Voice column, then click .

    • Click beside the desired prompt, then click .

Download a MoH audio file

You can download a MoH audio file to your local computer for backup or further use.

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to System > Voice Prompt.
  2. In the Music on Hold tab, click beside the desired playlist.
  3. Click beside the desired audio file, and select Download.

Delete a MoH audio file

You can delete a MoH audio file that is no longer needed.

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to System > Voice Prompt.
  2. In the Music on Hold tab, click beside the desired playlist.
  3. Select the checkbox of the desired prompt, then click Delete and confirm the operation.
