NovoOne supports the following three types of voice prompts:

Prompt Description
System Prompt System prompts are built-in prompts used to provide information and instructions to call participants, and are played in English by default.

You can select from the available language options to change the system prompt language.

Music on Hold Music on Hold (MoH) keeps callers informed that their calls are still connected while they are waiting.

NovoOne provides a default playlist with built-in audio files, you can also create custom playlists with your own audio files.

Custom Prompt Custom prompts are user-defined audio prompts that can be applied to call recording, queues, and other call scenarios to provide callers with customized voice messages.
