Manage User Roles

This topic describes how to edit or delete user roles.

Edit a user role

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, go to User Management > Role.
  2. Click beside the desired user role.
  3. Edit basic information or role permission as needed, then click Save.

Delete user roles

Note: Default user roles Administrator and User are NOT allowed to be deleted.
  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace admin portal, go to User Management > Role.
  2. Select the desired user roles, then click Delete.
  3. If the role you want to delete has associated members, you need to assign a new role for the members.

  4. Click Delete.
