Auto Cleanup Settings
Data of Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition is stored in a default storage area. Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition provides an Auto Cleanup feature, which automatically and periodically cleans up your CDR, voicemails, recording files, backup files, and logs (including recording logs, event logs, email sent logs, operation logs, and system logs). This topic describes relevant configuration parameters of auto cleanup.
CDR Auto Cleanup

Note: When recording files are automatically cleaned up, the system deletes the files stored on PBX local storage, without affecting the files on the third-party archive server, while the associated recording logs remain available and manageable.

Note: When recording logs are automatically cleaned up, the system deletes the logs and handles the associated recording files according to their storage location:
- For unarchived recordings: The system deletes both the logs and the associated recording files stored on PBX local storage.
- For archived recordings: The system deletes the logs and the associated recording files stored on PBX local storage, if any, without affecting the files on the third-party archive server.

External Chat Data Auto Cleanup

Fax Data Auto Cleanup

Note: Setting
the value to 0 means there is no limit on
preservation days. However, to maintain system
performance, the system will delete the oldest fax logs
and their associated files when the total reaches

System Backup Files Auto Cleanup
