Configure Feature Codes

Feature codes are a set of digits that user can dial to activate or deactivate specific features. This topic describes how to configure feature codes.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code.
  2. In the Feature Code Digit Timeout (ms) field, specify the maximum time the system waits for the next digit input when dialing a feature code.
  3. Configure feature code for the desired feature.
    • Enable a feature code: Turn on the switch for the desired feature, and modify the code if needed.
      Note: Feature code must start with * or #, followed by digits or *, with a length of 2 to 7 characters.

      Users can access the feature by dialing the configured feature code.

    • Disable a feature code: Turn off the switch for the desired feature.

      Users can not access the feature by dialing the feature code.

  4. Click Save.
