Upload a Backup File

This topic describes how to upload a backup file of P-Series Cloud PBX, so that you can restore PBX to the backup file.

Restrictions

Important:
  • For now, only backup file of P-Series Cloud Edition is allowed to be uploaded to the system.

    Backup file upload of P-Series Appliance Edition and P-Series Software Edition will be supported in the near future.

  • The backup file to be uploaded must be in .bak format and less than 300 MB.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Repository > Backup Files.

  2. Click Upload.

  3. In the pop-up window, do as follows:
    1. Click Browse to choose a desired backup file.
    2. Optional: In the Remark field, add a note to the backup file.
    3. Click Upload.

      A pop-up window prompts that the backup file is being uploaded, you can click Collapse to collapse the window to the bottom-right corner.

    4. After the backup file is uploaded, click Confirm.

Result

The backup file is uploaded.
