Send an Account Activation Email to a Colleague

If your colleague hasn't activated his or her Yeastar Central Management Account within the period of validity, you can resend an activation email on Yeastar Partner Portal, or proceed on Yeastar Central Management.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to System > User.
  2. Under My Colleague tab, click beside a desired colleague account to send an activation email.

Result

An activation email is sent to the colleague's mailbox.
Note: Activation link in the email is valid for 7 days and can be used only ONCE.

What to do next

The colleague needs to access the activation email and click Activate Account to activate his or her Yeastar Central Management account.
Note: After activating Yeastar Central Management account, the colleague can use the email address and the password to log in to Yeastar Partner Portal.
