Import and Export Customers

This topic describes how to import and export customer information.

Export customers

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Cloud PBX > Customer.
  2. To export all the customer information, click Export.
  3. To export specific customers' information, do as follows:
    1. Filter customers.

      1. Click beside a desired column.
      2. Enter or select a desired value.
      3. Click Search.
        The matched customers are displayed.
        Tip: To clear filter, click again, then click Reset.
    2. Click Export.

The customer information is exported to a .xlsx file.

Import customers

To bulk add customers, you can follow the instructions below to download a template file in .xlsx format to start with. In this way, you can save time and effort.
Note: We do NOT recommend that you use the exported file to start with, because existing customers will NOT be overwritten but DUPLICATED.
Prerequisites
Requirements of an imported file:
  • Format: XLS, XLSX
  • Size: Less than 100 MB
Procedure
  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Cloud PBX > Customer.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Click Download Template File to download a template file to start with.
    Important: Read and strictly follow the import instructions that are included in the template file.
  4. Click Choose a File, select your file, then click Import.
  5. In the pop-up dialog box, click Confirm.

    The customer list and information are updated.
