Manage Colleague Accounts
This topic describes how to edit, delete, and export colleague accounts.
Edit a colleague account
- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Under My Colleague tab, click
beside a desired colleague account.
- Edit the colleague's basic information, add or remove the Yeastar Central
Management features that are accessible to the colleague as
needed.Note: If you change the Email, the email address that you have set earlier can NOT access Yeastar Central Management.
- Click Save.
Delete colleague accounts
- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Click My Colleague tab.
- To delete a colleague account, do as follows:
- Click
beside a desired account.
- In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
- Click
- To bulk delete colleague accounts, do as follows:
- Select the checkboxes of desired accounts, then click Delete.
- In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
The colleague can NOT access Yeastar Central Management any more.
Export colleague accounts
- Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to .
- Click My Colleague tab.
- Optional: To filter colleague accounts, do as follows:
- Click
beside a desired column.
- Enter a desired value.
- Click Search.
The matched colleague accounts are displayed.Tip: To clear the filter, clickagain, then click Reset.
- Click
- Click Export.
The colleague accounts are exported to a
.xlsx
file.
