Manage Colleague Accounts

This topic describes how to edit, delete, and export colleague accounts.

Edit a colleague account

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to System > User.
  2. Under My Colleague tab, click beside a desired colleague account.
  3. Edit the colleague's basic information, add or remove the Yeastar Central Management features that are accessible to the colleague as needed.
    Note: If you change the Email, the email address that you have set earlier can NOT access Yeastar Central Management.
  4. Click Save.

Delete colleague accounts

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to System > User.
  2. Click My Colleague tab.
  3. To delete a colleague account, do as follows:
    1. Click beside a desired account.
    2. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
  4. To bulk delete colleague accounts, do as follows:
    1. Select the checkboxes of desired accounts, then click Delete.
    2. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.

The colleague can NOT access Yeastar Central Management any more.

Export colleague accounts

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to System > User.
  2. Click My Colleague tab.
  3. Optional: To filter colleague accounts, do as follows:

    1. Click beside a desired column.
    2. Enter a desired value.
    3. Click Search.
    The matched colleague accounts are displayed.
    Tip: To clear the filter, click again, then click Reset.
  4. Click Export.

    The colleague accounts are exported to a .xlsx file.
