Manage Scheduled Call Report Delivery Tasks

This topic describes how to edit and delete scheduled call report delivery tasks.

Edit a scheduled call report delivery task

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > Call Reports.
  2. In the Scheduled Reports tab, click beside the desired task.

  3. Edit the task according to your needs.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a scheduled call report delivery task

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Reports and Recordings > Call Reports.
  2. In the Scheduled Reports tab, do as follows:

    1. Click beside the desired task.
    2. In the pop-up window, click OK.
