Configure Call Pickup Feature Code

This topic describes how to configure call pickup feature code.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to Call Features > Feature Code.
  2. In the Call Pickup section, configure the feature code settings.

    1. Turn on the switch for Extension Pickup.
    2. Retain the default feature code, or modify it as needed.
  3. Click Save.

Result

Users can pick up a ringing call for a target extension by dialing {call_pickup_feature_code} + {target_extension_number}.
