Yeastar CTI
  • Supported Linkus CTI feature.

    The Linkus user can control the desk phone on Linkus Lite to handle a voice call.

Busy Camp-on
  • Supported Busy Camp-on feature.
    When the callee's phone is busy or there is no answer, the caller can dial the Busy Camp-on code + extension (*79+1000), the PBX camps on the called party, informs the caller as soon as the callee's phone becomes available, and re-establishes the call to save the caller's waiting time.
    Note: Busy Camp-on is only applicable for the call between extensions.
Fax in PDF
  • With Fax to Email enabled, the PBX would send FAX files in PDF format to user's email.
Opus codec
  • Added support for Opus codec.

System Security/Stability
  • Fixed the issue of User Permission: The Granting Privilege page would be stuck when choosing an extension to grant privilege.
Extensions
  • Added support for extensions to enable both Linkus Client and Mobility Extension feature.
  • Optimized the Voicemail name: The name of the voicemail received via email consists of caller ID, caller name and file ID.
Contacts
  • Linkus Lite supports Contacts feature.
    • Linkus Windows Desktop: 1.10.3 or later.
    • Linkus macOS Desktop: 1.10.3 or later.
  • Supported to add PBX Contacts to Yealink phones by auto provisioning.

    The supported Yealink phones:

    • SIP-T19P_E2, SIP-T21P_E2, SIP-T23P, SIP-T23G, SIP-T27G, SIP-T29G.

    Note:
    • For Company Contacts: The phone supports up to 1000 contacts.
    • For Personal Contacts: If multiple accounts are registered on the phone, the personal contact of the first account is automatically configured by default.
  • Optimized the Contacts setting: The Last Name field is not required when adding a contact.
Trunks
  • Optimized the DID setting:Each trunk supports up to 64 DID numbers.
  • Fixed the Fax issue: The Fax transmission would be failed when T.38 was enabled for the trunk.
  • Fixed the issue of importing trunks: If the Authentication Name in trunk file contained @ character, the trunk import would fail.
SIP Relevant
  • Added support for uaCSTA feature (PBX > General > SIP > Advanced > SIP > Enable uaCSTA connection).

    If the user wants to control the desk phone on Linkus Lite by uaCSTA, you need to enable uaCSTA.

  • Fixed the issue of call transfer: There was no sound after the inbound call was transferred twice.
  • Removed the DND Status Synchronization option. (PBX > General > SIP > Advanced)
Multisite Interconnect
  • Fixed the compatibility issue between Multisite Interconnect and Call Transfer: When using Multisite Interconnect feature, the external call could not be blindly transferred.
Call Routes
  • Added support for assigning an external number as the Destination of the inbound route.

    The inbound call to the trunk can be forwarded to the external number directly.

  • Fixed the issue of Inbound Routes: For an inbound route, if the number of assigned time conditions was more than 9, the Feature Code would be duplicated.
Call Features
  • Added support for assigning an external number as the destination of IVR Key Press.
  • Fixed the ring strategy issue for Queue and Ring Group: When the agents set Call Forwarding rule to Always for their extensions, the phone would ring when receiving calls from Queue or Ring Group .
  • Fixed the compatibility issue between Queue and Call Park: When the queue agents parked an inbound call, and did not retrieve the call before parking timeout, the PBX would forward the call to the caller.
  • Fixed the Queue issue: On Caller Experience Settings page, set the Event key to None. Saved the configuration and re-entered the Caller Experience Settings page, the Key Destination option was still displayed.
  • Fixed the issue of status-monitoring on queue agents: If the extension Caller ID was different from Extension, the BLF could not monitor the status of queue agents.
Call Recording
  • Optimized the Recording feature:

    Paused recording by dialling the Auto Recording Switch code *00 during a call, the call would not be recorded after transferring or retrieving the parked. To resume the recording, dial the Auto Recording Switch code *00 again.

User Permission
  • Fixed the issue of CDR Permission:

    If assigning a user the management permission of an extension group's CDR, the user could not view the call records of group members.

Date & Time
  • Fixed the issue of NTP Server: After configuring the NTP Server, the PBX sent NTP request to other NTP servers.
  • Fixed the issue of Time Zone settings: When the Daylight Saving Time was set to Automatic, the Time Zone setting would be incorrect.
SNMP
  • Optimized the OID MIB: The type of OID concurrentCall.0 was changed to Integer.
CDR and Recording
  • Added support for storing up to 9.99 million call records.
    Note: When storing a large number of call records, we recommend you to query call records on the standby PBX.
  • Fixed the CDR issue: Only one call record was generated when the ring group agent blindly transferred an inbound call.
Maintenance
  • When the system starts up, you can select web admin reset to reset the web login password, enable SSH and reset the SSH password.
API
  • Added support for API 2.0 interface.

Hotel
  • Fixed the issue of Extension display: When the extension user with administrator privileges managed a hotel room, the assignable Extension was displayed incorrectly, and the room cannot be checked in.
Linkus Server
  • Fixed the issue of the push notification for Linkus calls: With Presence set to Do Not Disturb, members in a Ring Group could still receive incoming calls.
  • Fixed the display issue of extensions: On Linkus Mobile client, not all registered extensions were displayed on Extension list.
  • Fixed the issue that members in a queue didn't receive notifications when there are incoming calls.
