OPTIMIZATION

System Stability
  • Fixed the system issue: The system memory would be insufficient if an unstable network drive kept disconnecting and reconnecting to the PBX.
Extension
  • Optimized Max Call Duration(s) setting.
    • Max Call Duration(s) setting is applicable to all types of calls on the PBX.
    • Max Call Duration(s) setting for Extensions: Added 10800 option (PBX > Extensions > Features > Max Call Duration(s)).
    • Global Max Call Duration(s) setting: Added 10800 option (PBX > General > Preferences(s)).
    Note: The precedence of Max Call Duration(s) (Global v.s. Extension):
    • For internal calls: The Max Call Duration(s) setting of the caller's extension takes precedence.
    • For outbound calls: The Max Call Duration(s) setting of the caller's extension takes precedence.
    • For inbound calls: The global Max Call Duration(s) setting takes precedence.
  • Optimized extension registration: The PBX would not send MWI NOTIFY message to Linkus client after the Linkus client was registered.
  • Optimized extension registration: Speed up and shorten the time of registering extensions in bulk.
SIP
  • Added support for responding 200OK when receiving 407 Proxy Authentication Required.
  • Fixed the issue of SIP INFO compatibility: PBX did not respond when receiving SIP INFO packets (content-type=application/QSIG), and the call was ended after 32 seconds.
CDR
  • Optimized the search method of CDR and recordings: Speed up and shorten the time of searching CDR and recordings.
Event Settings
  • Added The Secondary Server take over ( only 30 ) event.

    When the Secondary Server has taken over the PBX system, the PBX will email contact that the Secondary Server will be valid for only 30 days. The event notification is enabled by default.

  • Added The Secondary Server Will Expire Soon event.

    Before the Secondary Server goes to expire at 7 days, 3days and 1 day, the PBX will email contact the event notification. The event notification is enabled by default.

  • Added Primary Server Data Restoration Completed event.

    After the data synchronization is completed, the PBX will email contact the event notification. The event notification is enabled by default.

  • Added Both PBX Servers Failed to Function event.

    When Both Primary and Secondary Server are abnormal, the PBX will email contact the event notification. The event notification is enabled by default.

  • Added Data Synchronization Error event.

    When the data synchronization is failed, the PBX will email contact the event notification. The event notification is enabled by default.

Hot Standby
  • Added support for Virtual Gateway option.

    Enter the gateway address of the Virtual IP network, or the communication between the PBX server and the Virtual IP network will fail when they are under different network segments.

  • Added the Primary Server Hostname option and Secondary Server Hostname option.

    These options are used in the Event Notification to help you identify the device.

  • Added support for displaying status of the Secondary Server.

    If the Secondary Server takes over the communication, the Secondary Server page can display current server status and the Primary Server status.

  • Added support for LCS service synchronization for Secondary Server.

    If you purchase LCS service for Primary Server, the Secondary Server can use the LCS service after failover.

  • Optimized the Hot Standby Mode.

    The Hot Standby Mode displays the server role that the PBX plays, and the Mode will not change with the failover between the Primary Server and Secondary server.

  • Optimized the Network Connection Detection function.

    The Secondary Server detects this node to determine if Internet is disconnected. If both the Primary Server and Secondary Server have abnormal network connection, the PBX failover will not occur. It's recommended that you fill in the gateway address.

  • Changed Disk Synchronization to Sync Call Recording Files.

    Synchronize the call recording files of Primary Server and Secondary Server in real-time.

  • Optimized the failover mode between the Primary Server and the Secondary Server:
    • Added support for displaying abnormal status on the Primary Server.
    • After the error is fixed, you can click Repair Complete to confirm, and the Primary Server can start synchronizing the data.
    • After data synchronization is completed, you can click Take Over the PBX System to take over the communication.
  • Optimized the data synchronization:
    • Added support for dynamic data synchronization: Synchronize the agent dynamics and BLF subscription status.
    • Changed data synchronization time: The synchronization period is changed from 1 hour to 24 hours, which means data synchronization is performed every day at 3:00 AM.
    • Optimized synchronization priority: System > CDR > Dynamic data > System files > Voice mail > Call recordings.
  • Fixed the system crash issue caused by Hot Standby server failover.
Linkus Server
The new version of Linkus Server (2.3.15) is pre-installed after upgrading the PBX. Check the updates below:
  • Improved Linkus performance.

  • Increased the number of extensions of Linkus.
Hotel
The updates of Hotel new version (2.0.12):
  • Fixed the extension issue of room: The extension was wrong after adding a room.
