Allow Queue Manager to View and Manage Queue Call Logs

This topic describes how to allow queue manager to view and manage queue call logs on their Linkus UC Clients.

Requirements

Item Requirement
PBX Server Version 83.23.0.23 or later.
Linkus
  • Linkus Mobile Client: Version 5.25.15 (iOS) / 5.25.14 (Android) or later
  • Linkus Desktop Client: Version 1.22.4 or later

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Call Features > Queue > Outbound Queue.
  2. Click beside the desired queue, and enter the Queue Permissions tab.
  3. In the Manager section, select the desired permissions as needed.
    Permission Description
    Queue Missed Call Logs Queue manager can view the call logs of all missed calls in the queue.
    Delete Queue Missed Call Logs Queue manager can delete the call logs of all missed calls in the queue.
    Note: If deleted, the log can no longer be accessed by either queue managers or agents in Linkus UC Clients, but the record is still retained in the CDR.
    Queue Incoming Call Logs Queue manager can view the call logs of all answered calls in the queue.
    Delete Queue Incoming Call Logs Queue manager can delete the call logs of all answerer calls in the queue.
    Note: If deleted, the log can no longer be accessed by either queue managers or agents in Linkus UC Clients, but the record is still retained in the CDR.
  4. Click Save and Apply.

Result

The authorized queue managers are able to view and manage queue call logs on their Linkus UC Clients.
