(30038) Read Receipt Event Notification

When a message sent by a third-party application via the PBX API is read by the customer, this event notification will be triggered.

Requirements

The Message Read Receipt feature has been enabled on the PBX (Path: PBX Settings > Preferences > Read Receipt).

Report parameters


Parameter	Type	Description
type	Integer	Event ID.
sn	String	PBX's serial number.
msg	Object <Detailed_Info>	The detailed information.

Detailed_Info


Parameter	Type	Description
session_id	Integer	ID of the session to which the message belongs.
read_msg_id	Integer	ID of the message marked as read.
user_id	Integer	ID of the internal extension user in the session. Note: This field always returns `0` in this event.
read_time	Integer	Timestamp (in seconds) when the message was read.
