Enable Play Call Recording in Zoho CRM

This topic describes how to set up playing call recordings stored in Yeastar P-Series PBX System in Zoho CRM.

Prerequisites

The Zoho CRM integration is completed.

Procedure

  1. Log in to PBX web portal, go to Integration > CRM.

  2. Select the checkbox of Play Call Recording.

    Note: When you click to play recording in the CRM, the system will request recording file from the PBX. For details on how the CRM platform protects the privacy of recording data, please contact Zoho CRM provider.
  3. Click Save.

Result

Integrated Zoho account can visualize and play recordings from PBX.
