Disconnect Zoho CRM Integration
When you want to integrate with another CRM account, you need to disconnect the current CRM integration first.
Procedure
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- Click Integrate with Another CRM in the top-right corner.
- Click OK in the pop-up window.
Result
- The Zoho CRM integration is disconnected.
- All the CRM integration settings are cleared.
- The synchronized phonebook and contacts are retained on the PBX and can be edited now.
