Room Display Setup Overview

Prerequisites

You have added room resources in Yeastar Workplace.

Setup process

1. Install Room Displays

• Install the Room Display application on your device.

2. Register Room Displays

Register Room Displays to Yeastar Workplace so the devices can interact with the system.

3. (Optional) Configure the settings

• Configure the screen display, status theme colors, and energy-saving settings for Room Displays.

• Decide whether users can book meeting rooms through Room Displays.

• Decide whether to allow only users with permission to book, check in, and end meetings on Room Displays.

• Enable access control for meeting rooms through Yeastar Room Displays by connecting them with your access control device.
