Submit Check-in Questionnaire

Check-in questionnaires are used to collect information from visitors. This topic describes how to submit check-in questionnaires.

Background information

Yeastar Workplace supports visitors to submit the questionnaire and employees to submit the questionnaire for visitors.
Visitors submit questionnaire
After a visit schedule is created, an invitation email is sent to the visitor. Visitors can click Register on the invitation email to submit the check-in questionnaire.
Employees submit the questionnaire for visitors
To submit questionnaires for visitors, see the following instructions.

Restrictions

  • Visit schedule status: Invited or Late

  • For regular users: You can only submit questionnaires for the visit schedules you created and host.

  • For receptionists: You can submit questionnaires for all the visit schedules within your authority that admin assigned.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace, click the Visit tab in the top bar.
  2. In the top filter bar, click beside Status, select Invited and/or late, then click Search.

  3. Click beside the desired visit schedule, then click Check-in Questionnaire.

  4. In the pop-up window, fill in the questionnaire.
  5. Click OK to submit the questionnaire.

Result

You have submitted the questionnaire successfully.
