Added support for Linkus Cloud Service Pro service.

As an upgraded plan for Linkus Cloud Service, Linkus Cloud Service Pro includes everything in the Linkus Cloud Service plus additional features of dedicated PBX domain name (FQDN) and Remote SIP Service, allowing you to register remote IP phones, gateways, branch office PBXs, and alike SIP endpoints to the PBX effortlessly, securely, and without port forwarding.

Optimized the settings of Linkus Server without LCS.
- The Port setting of Local Hostname/IP and External Hostname/IP is moved to Security > Service.
- Local Hostname/IP setting is removed, and the static IP address of LAN port is used as Local Hostname/IP by default.
- The External Hostname/IP and SIP Remote Registration Port settings are removed, and the value of External IP Address/Port (General > SIP > NAT) is used as the External Hostname/IP and SIP Remote Registration Port.

Optimized Call Push mechanism for both Android and iOS version: when Linkus mobile clients do not successfully receive a push for an incoming call, or the phone do not ring after receiving the push, the server will resend the push at an interval of 4s, and at most 4 pushes for the same incoming call will be sent.
Fixed the issue that when some users received emails sent by Linkus Server, which contains a QR scan code for users to login their Linkus Mobile Client account, the Chinese characters in the email subjects, if there were any, became garbage characters.
