  • Fixed the call pop-ups issue:
    • When receiving an inbound call, the caller number displayed on pop-up screen was incorrect.
    • The extension of queue agent was associated with a Zoho user, when the agent answered an inbound call, the pop-up screen got stuck in calling the agent.
    • When receiving an inbound call from TG gateway, the caller name displayed on pop-up screen was the trunk name.
    • Fixed the call pop-ups issue: When making an outbound call, the callee name displayed on pop-up screen was “trunk”.
  • Fixed the issue of contact synchronization failure: There were too many Zoho users, which caused the synchronization failure of PBX contacts.

  • Optimized Zoho integration: If Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX is integrated with Zoho, the system associates Zoho contacts with extension numbers on Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX.

    Note: The optimization fixed the call pop-up issue: Incoming calls could not pop up when the extension's Caller ID was changed.
