Tenant Overview
A tenant is a dedicated environment for an organization to use NovoOne service, with your organization resources and data stored within a specific default location, isolated from those of other tenants. You can create tenants after subscribing to NovoOne service.
Tenant creation
A tenant provides a separate environment for an organization to use NovoOne, where its resources and data are managed separately from those of other tenants.
You can create a tenant for an organization and configure its settings and resource limits as needed.

To allow your colleagues or subordinate users to create and configure tenants, create accounts for them and assign the required permissions.

Tenant management
Tenants created by you, your colleagues, subordinate users and their colleagues are displayed in the list. You can manage these tenants as needed.
The supported operations are listed below.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Suspend a tenant | Suspend a tenant to temporarily disable access to its services. |
| Switch OEM ID | Switch the OEM ID for a tenant to apply a different custom brand to its tenant portal and clients. |
| Export tenants | Export tenant information to a CSV file for backup or further processing. |
| Delete a tenant | Delete a tenant that is no longer needed. |
