Check Your Subscription

After you purchase NovoOne Plan on Yeastar Partner Portal, you can check the subscribed capacity and service on NovoOne Platform.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Platform portal, go to My Subscription.
  2. Check the capacity (such as tenant users, concurrent calls) in the subscribed NovoOne Plan and add-on services (such as White Label, Transcription, AI Receptionist, and more).
    Tip: You can hover over the beside Used to check the details of used capacity, including the capacity you've used in created tenants across all regions and the capacity that you've assigned to your resellers.
