Access Tenant Portal
View tenants created by you, your colleagues, subordinate users, and their colleagues from NovoOne Platform portal, and access the desired tenant without entering a password.
Procedure
- Log in to NovoOne Platform portal, go to Tenant.
- Access the desired tenant in either of the following ways:
- In the Name column, click the tenant
name.
- Click
beside the desired tenant.
- In the Name column, click the tenant
name.
Result
You are redirected to the tenant portal without entering a password.
