Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal using Partner Portal Account

This topic describes how to log in to Yeastar Partner Portal using your Yeastar Partner Portal account credentials.

Prerequisites

You have activated your Yeastar Partner Portal account.

Procedure

  1. Go to the login page of Yeastar Partner Portal.
  2. Enter the credential of your Yeastar Partner Portal account.

  3. Click LOG IN.
  4. If you have set up two-factor authentication, you need to enter an authentication code to log in.

    1. Enter the authentication code provided by an authenticator application or email.
    2. Click LOG IN.
    3. Decide whether to trust the device when you log in to the portal on this device.
      Note:
      • For the device from which you log in most frequently, you can select the option Remember me to add it as a trusted device. In this way, you don't have to re-enter an authentication code with this device for the next 180 days.
      • Yeastar Partner Portal supports up to 10 trusted devices. Upon reaching the limit, the system automatically removes the one that has not been used for the longest time before adding the new device's information.
