Forward an Incoming Call to Voicemail

This topic describes how to forward an incoming call to your voicemail directly from the incoming call pop-up.

Requirements


Platform	Requirements
PBX Server	The firmware version is 83.24.0.30 or later. To forward ring group or queue calls to your own extension voicemail, make sure that system administrator has enabled the feature for ring groups or queues on PBX server.
Yeastar Linkus for Google	Version 4.16.1 or later. Associated with Linkus Web Client (In Web Client mode). Make sure that the Voicemail feature is enabled for your extension.

When there is an incoming call reaching your extension, click on the incoming call pop-up.

The incoming call is forwarded to your voicemail.
