After configured, when key events are triggered, the specified name is prepended to the original caller ID name and displayed for members or agents, helping them quickly identify the caller's intent.

- Added the following configuration items for ring
group:
- Make the extension's 'Always' call forwarding destination effective: If enabled and a member extension has an Always call forwarding destination set to Extension, Mobile Number, or External Number, ring group calls to the extension will be directly forwarded without ringing the extension, while other members ring normally according to the ring strategy.
- Call Confirmation: If enabled, call confirmation is required for external number members upon receiving ring group calls.

- Last Agent Routing: If enabled, repeat calls from the same caller within the specified time period are routed to the agent who last answered the call from the caller.

Voice, which allows business to set up SMS messaging channels for the service
providers on Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition, so that staff in the business can receive and
reply to SMS messages from customers on their Linkus UC Clients.

- Added an option Message Read Receipt (Path: ).
If enabled, in external chats conducted via online messaging channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Live Chat), both agents and customers can see a read status indicator (

- Optimized incoming‑call push strategy: After enabling Linkus SDK without uploading certificates, Linkus clients still perform incoming‑call push normally.

Fixed the CDR details display issue: For calls where the external party hung up after a timeout, the CDR details showed incorrect call information in the Last Status and Disconnected by fields.

For a recurring schedule using a time‑relative range, reports are generated dynamically based on the system time. For example, if you select Yesterday as time range and Daily as delivery frequency for a schedule, the system will generate the report for the previous day and send it to the target email address every day.

- Fixed the Active Directory synchronization issue: After synchronizing AD organizational units to PBX organizations, the displayed hierarchy was incorrect.
