View System Logs

All system logs are centrally displayed in an integrated third-party visualized platform Grafana. This topic describes how to access Grafana to view system logs.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Platform portal, go to Maintenance > System Logs.
  2. Click View Logs to access Grafana.

    You are automatically redirected to the explore page of the NovoOne System Log data source in Grafana, and you can filter system logs as needed and trace an end-to-end business request via a trace ID.
