Improvements and bug fixes

Extensions: Fixed the call forwarding destination issue: If an extension was not granted the Extensions permission, the extension user could not set the call forwarding destination of the extension to another extension.

System

Fixed the telephony module issue: SO module was installed to slot 1 on S20, but the module couldn't be detected and the LED indicator didn't light up.

CDR and Recording

Fixed the following CDR issues:
- A wake-up call was sent using API, but the corresponding call log was not generated when the call ended.
- When CDR was exported to a .csv file, the caller names containing commas , were incorrectly split into different columns.
Fixed the recording issue: Auto recording was enabled for a specific extension and a specific trunk, when the extension user made an outbound call via the trunk, two recordings were generated (both internal and external) for a single call.

API: Fixed the conference API issue: Outbound calls were made over physical trunk using API to invite members to a conference. If a member was kicked out of the conference, the conference would end for all participants.
Auto Provisioning: Added compatibility of auto provisioning Yealink IP phones with MAC address starting with 44-DB-D2.
Linkus Server: Fixed the connection issue: When a user attempted to log in to Linkus iOS Client, an error message indicating connection failure was displayed.
Hotel: Fixed the issue of wake-up call: An operator checked in a guest and scheduled a wake-up call. If the operator changed extension for the guest room, the system would still send wake-up call to the previous room extension.
