Call Parking Overview

Call Parking enables users to place their active call in a virtual "parking lot" and retrieve it from another phone, allowing calls to be handled more flexibly across devices and locations.

What is call parking?

Call Parking allows users to temporarily place their active call on a parking number, and retrieve it by dialing the parking number from another phone.

NovoOne supports two types of call parking:
  • System park: Park a call on a system-assigned parking number.
  • Directed call parking: Park a call on a specified parking number.
