Change Main Region

NovoOne Platform allows you to log in via a unified portal URL and automatically redirects you to the main region URL, providing quick access to your primary working region. This topics describes how to change main region on NovoOne Platform.

Procedure

Log in to NovoOne Platform portal, click your account at the top-right corner.
In the drop-down list, click Region & Settings, and then click Main Region Settings.
In the pop-up window, select the target region in the Change Main Region drop-down list, and click Save.
A pop-up message "Main region updated successfully." appears.

Result

When you next log in via the unified portal URL https://novoone.com, the system will automatically redirect you to the URL of the configured main region.

Tip: You can also directly access the URL of specific region to log in. For example, to access Asia (Singapore) region, launch your web browser and visit the region URL https://sg.novoone.com.
