Manage Your Call Logs

This topic describes how to manage your personal call logs.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Linkus Web Client, go to Call Logs.
  2. Optional: Select a communication type from the drop-down list of to filter call logs.

  3. Optional: Filter call logs by time range, name, number, remark, AI summary, or disposition codes.

  4. Manage the call logs according to your needs.
    Operation Instruction
    Chat
    1. Right click a desired record.
    2. Click Chat.
    Check or edit call notes Click beside the desired call log.
    Check or edit call transcription
    1. Click beside the desired call log.
    2. In the pop-up window, check or edit the Transcript and Summary as needed.
      Note: Whether a summary can be automatically generated and displayed depends on the system administrator's configurations on the PBX server.
      • To edit the summary, click in the Summary section. After editing, click Save in the top-right corner.

      • To copy the content of summary, click in the Summary section.
      • To search the content of transcript, click in the Transcript section.
      • To download the summary or transcript, click and select the desired file type.
    3. Click OK to close the pop-up window.
    Call Follow-Up Via Email Click beside the desired call log.

    The Linkus client will launch the specified email client and create a new message containing the call details to send.

    Place a call
    • Double click the desired call log.
    • Click beside the desired call log.
    Delete a personal call log
    1. Click beside the desired call log.
    2. In the pop-up window, click OK.
    Clear all personal call logs
    1. At the top-right corner, click .
    2. In the pop-up window, click OK.
    Note: All your personal call logs are removed from Linkus UC Clients.
